1. Purpose
Kaizmax is a mobile app that generates personalized diet and training programs and lets you track their completion. Using the app implies acceptance of these terms.
2. Health disclaimer — important
The programs, calories, macronutrients and exercises offered are indicative estimates generated automatically from your answers. They in no way constitute medical advice, a diagnosis or a prescription.
- Consult a doctor before starting any program, especially in case of a medical condition, injury, pregnancy or eating disorder.
- Immediately stop any exercise that causes pain or discomfort.
- The app is not intended for people under 15 years of age.
3. Account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for the accuracy of the information you provide (the program depends on it). You can delete your account at any time; your data is then erased in accordance with the privacy policy.
4. Premium subscription
Some features (adaptive coach, AI personalization, unlimited regeneration…) require a paid subscription, managed by the App Store or Google Play. The price is shown before any purchase; the subscription renews automatically unless cancelled from your store account at least 24 h before the renewal date.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the app (reverse engineering, unauthorized access to others' data, unauthorized commercial use of generated content).
6. Liability
The app is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, the publisher cannot be held liable for damages resulting from the use of the generated programs, from a service outage, or from data loss due to an event of force majeure.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the competent French courts, subject to mandatory provisions applicable to consumers.
